Parking
Complimentary valet parking is provided for all patients. Patients should bring their tickets for validation to the desk where they check in for appointments.

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:45 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Fee: Free with patient validation, $25 for vendors

From Inwood Road, turn into the University Hospital Emergency Room entrance, then take an immediate left into the Radiation Oncology circular drive.

Public Transportation
By train: Take the DART green rail line to the Inwood / Love Field station. From there, take DART shuttle 526 to the intersection of Inwood Road and Southwestern Medical Center Drive.

By bus: DART bus 405 or 453 to the intersection of Inwood Road and Southwestern Medical Center Drive. For schedules or more information about DART, visit the DART Web site.

Once on campus, patients and visitors may ride UT Southwestern's free shuttle bus service to many of our buildings.

Driving Directions

From I-35E, traveling south (from Lewisville/Irving)

  • Take exit 432A for Inwood Road/Southwestern Medical Center 
  • Stay on service road to Inwood Road 
  • Turn left at Inwood
  • • Turn left into the emergency room entrance for University Hospital, then turn left into the first circular drive with the green awning

From I-35E, traveling north (from Duncanville/Lancaster)

  • Take exit 432A for Inwood Road/Southwestern Medical Center
  • Stay on service road to Inwood Road
  • Turn right at Inwood
  • Turn left into the emergency room entrance for University Hospital, then turn left into the first circular drive with the green awning

From US 75/Central Expressway

  • Take exit 1A to merge onto TX 366 W/Woodall Rodgers Freeway following signs to I-35E North to Denton
  • Take exit 432A for Inwood Road/Southwestern Medical Center
  • Stay on service road to Inwood Road
  • Turn right at Inwood
  • Turn left into the emergency room entrance for University Hospital, then turn left into the first circular drive with the green awning

From Dallas North Tollway

  • Take Mockingbird exit
  • Bear right to Mockingbird intersection
  • Turn right at Mockingbird
  • Follow Mockingbird to Inwood Road
  • Turn left at Inwood
  • Turn right into the emergency room entrance for University Hospital, then turn left into the first circular drive with the green awning

From Garland/Mesquite Area

  • Take I-30 W
  • Take exit 44A to merge onto I-35E North
  • Take exit 432A for Inwood Road/Southwestern Medical Center
  • Stay on service road to Inwood Road
  • Turn right at Inwood
  • Turn left into the emergency room entrance for University Hospital, then turn left into the first circular drive with the green awning.

From Fort Worth/Arlington Area

  • Take I-30 E/Tom Landry Highway
  • Take exit 45 A on left to merge onto I-35E North toward Denton
  • Take exit 432A for Inwood Road/Southwestern Medical Center
  • Stay on service road to Inwood Road
  • Turn right at Inwood
  • Turn left into the emergency room entrance for University Hospital, then turn left into the first circular drive with the green awning.

From Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

  • Go south on International Pkwy S/TX97 Spur S (Portions Toll)
  • Merge onto TX183 E for Dallas/Irving
  • TX183 E becomes I-35E South
  • Take exit 432A for Inwood Road/Southwestern Medical Center
  • Stay on service road to Inwood Road
  • Turn left at Inwood
  • Turn left into the emergency room entrance for University Hospital, then turn left into the first circular drive with the green awning.

From Dallas Love Field Airport

  • Head southeast on Cedar Springs Road toward Inwood Road
  • Turn right at Inwood
  • Turn right into the emergency room entrance for University Hospital, then turn left into the first circular drive with the green awning
